I liked that there was so much action in Jacob Wonderbar andthe Cosmic Space Kapow. It is a story about three friends (Jacob, Dexter, and Sarah) who trade a corn dog for a space ship, blast off into space, and accidentally cause a huge explosion (the Cosmic Space Kapow!) that makes a blotch in the Universe. The rest of the book tells about how they get separated and reunited in space, try to steal a Carbon Allotrope (a diamond), become friends with a space pirate/prince and meet the king of the Universe.
The reading is exciting, it seems like every chapter is a new adventure or a new way to fly a spaceship or to find cosmic trouble in outer space.
