Divergent

Divergent is extremely well-written. Roth writes about a girl who must make the most important choice of her life, then must carry out her decision to the fullest. But when one nation decides to overthrow another nation, she must make another choice, to either betray her friends and nation, and let her old family be slaughtered, or go against the rules, and save her family and then have to be on the run. In her thrilling novel, Veronica catches the readers attention immediately! I hope she writes a sequel.

Starcrossed

Haunting! …..Angelini catches the readers’ eye first with her gorgeous cover, then the amazing beginning. I could not stop reading this. The plot and the characters make Starcrossed especially unique! I loved how the characters developed, and how in the end Angelini grabs you in the gut and does not let go…the last few chapters are the most intense piece of writing ever! Five stars all around!
