Invasion of the Dognappers

Invasion of the Dognappers was great because it was full of action and excitement. It was not too long but not too short either. I think everyone in third or fourth grade would really enjoy this book.  The story is about a group of friends who form a Canine Rescue Unit and find dogs who have gone missing.

The Six Crowns: Fire Over Shallowhaven

The Six Crowns: Fire Over Shallowhaven is a very adventurous and exciting book. The six crowns is a series where Trundle, Esmeralda, and Jack try to find the six Crowns even though they are chased by some bloodthirsty pirates! In this book they found the crown of Fire. I would recommend this series for kids from 7 to 12.

Herbert's Wormhole: The Rise and Fall of el Solo Libre

Herbert’s Wormhole: The Rise and Fall of el Solo Libre was an extremely funny book. It was a long book, but it was easy to read. Alex, Herbert, and Sammi are the three kids who go into a wormhole and get launched forward in time. My favorite character is Alex because back in normal times, Alex runs through the mall dressed only in underpants, a wrestling mask, and a cape. I would certainly recommend this book.

Kaspar the Titanic Cat

I didn’t like Kaspar the Titanic Cat very much, but if it were more action-packed, it would have been better. I would have thought that the sinking of the Titanic would have been more exciting than described in the book. I did find the happy ending good but it couldn’t save the book.
