Alcatraz Versus the Shattered Lens, the fourth book in the hilarious Alcatraz Smendry series, is as funny and exciting as the rest of the series, if not better. This time, Alcatraz has to save a city from a librarian siege. While doing so, he meets his librarian mother again, and discovers a clue to the mystery of Smendry talents. The book is full of thrilling scenes and exciting twists. It is witty, and hilariously bizarre. It leaves us all hoping that there will be a fifth book soon.
