Sass and Serendipity

I LOVED Sass & Serendipity. If you like romance, drama, and a little comedy, then this is the book for you. It explores two teenage girls' lives as sisters, and how they deal with money struggles, divorce, and of course CRUSHES. I liked how the author didn't try to put herself in the first person of a teenager because, honestly, it gets annoying having adults try to write as if they are a teenager today. She just wrote in 2nd person, making us intimate with the characters. The plot was well set with Daphne and Gabby, and their constant differences. This book covered real life issues instead of just teenage angst and crushes, and showed that people actually do have money troubles.
