Veronica lives in a world where ghosts, or images, are
commonplace and fill up the streets and schools, as well as houses. So when
Veronica finds a new ghost of a boy in her bathroom, she doesn't think anything
of it. But for her, this ghost's presence means so much more, and
signifies the beginning of a murder plot that threatens Veronica's
life.
Break My Heart 1,000 Times is a thoughtful,
artfully futuristic thriller which I would highly recommend, though
its not for the feint of heart. Even I, who doesn't frighten easily, started
looking over my shoulder toward the end of this book.
