In a Glass Grimmly is a delightful book. Well, it’s a bloody, sweaty,
gory book, but it’s still delightful. It is a bunch of twisted fairy tales
woven together to make a horrid but amazing book. This gruesome story is about
Jack and Jill who are cousins. Jill is the daughter of a vain, mean queen who
tells her she has to be beautiful. Jill got tricked into wearing nothing. She runs away. Jack is a boy who wants to be popular and
king of all the boys that tease him. The boys told him to trade his cow (who
doesn’t produce milk anymore) for one magic bean. But, it was a trick. Jack and Jill meet a lady who will grant
their wish if they get the seeing glass for her. A tale of adventures follows
them.
This
book is a blood-curdling, edge-of-your-seat, outstanding book. It’s a book you would want to go on and on
and on and on and on. By the same author
of A Tale Dark & Grimm, you would wish there was more.
