Defiance was nothing out of the ordinary. The plot was
not groundbreaking, and character development was linear,
and everything was predictable. That being said, I found that I
really did enjoy the book. It was a nice beach read, with a romance and lots of
action. So while I can't say I recommend it, I will say its a fun read for
someone not looking for something challenging.
