The Unseen World of Poppy Malone: A Gust of Ghosts is the second in a series about a nine-year-old girl named Poppy Malone. She has a twin brother Will who is nine, an older sister Franny who is eleven, a crazy younger brother Rolly who is five (and loves dogs but his dad Emerson won't let him have one), and their mother Lucille.
In the story Poppy's parents go looking for ghosts but they don't find any. They were camping out in an old graveyard. They found a book in the library about the hauntings from that grave yard and there was one about a glowing angel but then they found that it just looked like a fat naked baby with tiny wings. They set up their equipment and waited for seven hours but nothing happened so they started packing up their equipment when suddenly the angel (or fat cherub) lit up.
Anyway, I don't want to spoil the surprise. I think you should read the books in this series. They are awesome for kids ages six and up.
