Applewhites at Wit's End was a good read. It started off a little slow in the beginning, but as I read on I became more attached to the storyline. It had a rough patch at first, but it really hit its stride in the middle. If my friends were looking for a quick and light book to read then I would recommend this one. This is a good book for children, because of the bits of comedy it has. Although this is not the best book I've read, I think that a lot of people would like it because its easy to read.
